Soar Learning Center School Coordinator

Soar Learning Center, an independent, alternative school, serving students grades K-12, is seeking a Home-School Coordinator to coordinate information and services with internal staff, sending school personnel, other local agency representatives and parents and guardians who have students attending the Soar Learning Center. The Home-School Coordinator is responsible for engaging with  families, service providers, and the natural support system to ensure the coordination and provision of appropriate services, information, and resources necessary for the success of the student within the school environment.

The Home-School Coordinator must be a positive, creative team player that is skilled in collaborating and communicating with families, schools, and human services agencies. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and relevant experience, particularly with individuals with Intellectual Impairments is preferred. Schedule is typically M-F, school schedule, with some before and after school hours for meetings. Competitive salary and benefits package offered. Interested?
