Community Relations

Our vision for NCSS and the use of social media is to create a more connected and vibrant community of NCSS' friends and supporters.

We currently use YouTube as a means to post and distribute video from the NCSS Here for You television show that airs on Channel 15. This TV show is hosted by Joseph Halko, Community Relations Director, and provides a wellrounded and unique look at the many programs available at NCSS.

This is where we really see our community come together. Used a platform to mention upcoming events, blog posts, and insights, Facebook acts as a way to connect with the community in a friendly and informal way. We encourage you to invite your friends and family to "like" our page.

In 140 characters or less, we use this resource as another tool to quickly get our messages and services to a large population. Follow us on Twitter!

Minds & Matters, the NCSS blog, discusses issues pertinent to mental health, innovative programming, and general well-being.

At the annual Northwest Access TV Producer's Awards Ceremonies, NCSS Here for You has received the following awards:

2016 ~ 100th Original Episode Award

2014 ~ People's Choice Award

2013 ~ Best Non-Profit Show
