Shared Living Provider - Young Adult Male

NCSS seeks a compassionate care provider with an accessible home or downstairs bedroom to offer comprehensive support to a vibrant gentleman in his late 30s with significant medical needs. This individual relies on a wheelchair for mobility and requires specific physical therapy care and dietary attention.

Despite his limited speech, this young man excels at building connections and radiates joy. With a fantastic sense of humor and an infectious smile, he eagerly seeks opportunities to engage with the community and make new friends. His interests include trains and trucking videos.

Training will be provided for all specialized care procedures, including Hoyer lift operation. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, pass a series of background screenings, and be open to home inspections and necessary modifications.
