Shared Living Provider - Elder Woman

Are you someone who enjoys working from home and supporting others to develop and maintain independence? NCSS is looking for a Shared Living Provider to support an older woman in her mid 70s with getting around town to do errands, providing emotional support, overseeing medical needs, working with her team to ensure her safety and independence, and including her in the household activities as a full member of the household.

Ideal candidates are experienced with challenging behaviors as well as aging issues. Training in Therapeutic Options and medication oversight will be provided as well as support from case management teams, a guardian, and medical providers.  

Funding for respite and community support staff is included as well as a generous tax-free stipend of $50,000.
