Shared Living Provider - DS

Searching for home provider/roommate situation in St. Albans City for older gentlemen. Needs include assisting with meals, medical appointments/medications, and prompting with personal care. Loves to walk, socialize, likes routines. Provider must be flexible and understanding of the needs of those with intellectual disabilities. No children living in the home. Must be 21+ years of age, have reliable transportation, high school diploma, cleared background screenings, and pass a state-mandated home inspection.
