Service Coordinator

NCSS is seeking an organized, dependable, and energetic person to provide Case Management and Service Coordination to individuals supported by our Therapeutic Community Intervention Team. 

This person will be responsible for:

• Developing, monitoring and coordinating Individual Service Plans to ensure persons served are working toward their goals
• Fostering community inclusion and positive behavior across settings

Experience or knowledge of criminal justice practices is preferred.  Background in supporting individuals with intellectual impairments and/or Autism spectrum disorder with associated mental health diagnoses is also preferred.  We are willing to train the right candidate. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.  Bachelor’s degree is required.  This is a full-time position with mostly daytime hours, however, some evenings may be required.
