Perinatal Support Specialist (HEART Program)

The Parent Child Center of Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking an energetic professional to join our perinatal home visiting team. The Perinatal Support Specialist will be part of the HEART (Helping Everyone Access Resources & Thrive) program working with Franklin and Grand Isle families who are in the prenatal and postpartum period. This unique position will provide an array of home-based supports  to families and support them as they move through their perinatal journey. The Perinatal Support Specialist will provide resources and referrals to supports and services at NCSS and across the the region, help families with grief/loss, and be part of the larger regional discussion related to maternal mental health.

This position includes daily travel across the Franklin/Grand Isle region, telehealth supports to families, opportunities for professional development, home visiting, and support from a committed team at NCSS. Benefits include medical/dental, retirement savings, 15 days personal account time in the first year, and 11 paid holidays.
