Perinatal Support Specialist

The Parent Child Center of Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking an energetic professional to join our team! The Perinatal Support Specialist works with pregnant and postpartum families to support parent/child attachment, child development, and the overall health and wellness of the family during and after pregnancy (up to 12 months postpartum). This unique position provides perinatal home visiting support to families, provides referrals to HEART (Helping Everyone Access Resources and Thrive) services, and acts as a warm handoff to other  programs and services in the region.

This position includes daily travel (with mileage reimbursement), opportunities for professional development, home visiting, and support from a committed team at NCSS.
