Nurse Manager

This position works closely with programming leadership where nursing and psychiatry services are provided.  Nurse Managers also participate on the agency leadership team.  Our approach to treatment is holistic, within an integrative psychiatry model.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Supporting and closely collaborating with psychiatry, policy, and practice development
• Providing oversight and supervision for essential nursing functions across service divisions
• Maintaining a liaison role with key community partners and contracted staff

Core competencies include:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment

Supervisory/psychiatric experience and a current Vermont RN license are required. Willing to consider registered nurses from a related field of medicine.
