Home Provider - Developmental Services

Looking for a home provider or a couple to provide a home for a 30 year old gentleman. He is fun loving, witty and enjoys an active lifestyle. His hobbies range from going to concerts to watching movies. This gentleman has strong supports from his family and team at NCSS. Must be an excellent team player and provide some transportation to appointments and activities. This also includes overseeing medication administration and attending/supporting at medical appointments. Individuals must be good with communication and provide a safe and care home environment.
