Family Support Team Leader

NCSS exists to ensure that the residents of Franklin and Grand Isle Counties have access to high quality services, which promote healthy living and emotional well-being. This position is vital to our success!

The Team Leader is uniquely positioned in the organization with direct daily employee contact, serving as a liaison between upper management and staff. This position responds to employee needs, communicates agency goals/objectives and can be most effective in recommending, developing, and implementing changes that would improve operations and delivery of services.  

The ideal candidate will seek out opportunities to improve, streamline, reinvent work processes and create a work environment that encourages creative thinking and innovation.

Master’s Degree in a Human Services field; and clinical license or licensure eligible, required. Supervisory experience preferred.
