Facilities Coordinator

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to oversee several health and safety functions, manage the department’s electronic work order system, and provide general administrative support for daily facilities operations.

Successful candidate will be detail-oriented, well organized, possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and be tech savvy with the willingness and ability to learn new systems.  An understanding of OSHA/VOSHA, ADA and other established State and Federal regulations is a plus.

The Facilities Coordinator is expected to participate in several agency wide meetings and maintains a significant role in the agency’s health and safety initiatives.
