Clinical Program Manager

Our Behavioral Health Division is seeking a Leader to oversee our Crisis and Outpatient Teams that consist of a wide range of roles and providers engaged in challenging and meaningful work. In addition to supporting the teams with daily operations, the Program Manager also provides support to agency and divisional teams while responding to unmet community needs.  

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Master’s degree and VT State Clinical License
  • Experience with both crisis and outpatient team-based care settings
  • Clinical and administrative supervision experience
  • Background in team and program development
  • Experience with evidence-based practices, electronic health record utilization, and provision of services for individuals involved with the legal system is a plus!
