NCSS is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our accounting team! Join this multi-division, non-profit, integrated behavioral health organization today!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of Junior Financial Analyst, agency budget, GL, AP, AR, and financial statements
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines and related reporting requirements
• Supervision of annual audit related tasks and duties

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role
• Experience with mental health care funding; Great Plains GL a plus
