Contracted Full-Time RN/LPN for In-Home Support

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to make a difference in the life of a young man with a Developmental Disability and hi-tech medical support needs in the families peaceful, lakeside home.

Duties of care include:

• Administering medications
• Providing daytime personal care and companionship
• Supporting community outings
• Nursing assessments
• Health status monitoring
• Caregiver oversight
• Care coordination with the clients family, doctors, and treatment team
