Chief Financial Officer*

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is a dynamic 501c3 not-for-profit Community Mental Health Center serving Northwestern Vermont with a $45MM budget. We are seeking an inspired leader to work closely with the CEO, COO, and the agency leadership team. The CFO will possess a strong financial management background, combined with thorough competencies in accounting practices, administration, and information systems.  This includes broad knowledge of accounting, budgeting, auditing, grant/contract managing, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong belief in participatory leadership and understand the value of a knowledgeable team. Experience in a health care setting involving medical records and billing practices would be a strong plus. MBA in Accounting or CPA preferred.
