Applied Behavior Services Behavior Specialist

The Applied Behavior Services Team is seeking energetic, professionals to join our team!  If you are interested in learning more about Applied Behavior Analysis and supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, then the Behavior Specialist position is for you!

  • Provide one-on-one behavioral support to children and families in the home and community settings. 
  • Work as part of a collaborative team which includes local schools, Pediatricians, Speech and Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists
  • Develop curriculum and implement individualized behavioral programming.
  • Professional development opportunities include advanced training in Autism Spectrum Disorder, verbal behavior, behavioral programing, and BCBA supervision.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and experience working with children, preferred.
  • Willing to consider candidates without a Bachelor’s degree who have relevant experience.

  • $1,000.00 sign on bonus after completion of introductory period.

This position requires team work, flexibility, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills. A willingness to learn basic conceptual and practical knowledge of applied behavior analysis is essential.
Bachelor's Degree, preferred; Willing to consider those without a Degree with relevant experience.
