It is with great pleasure to announce that Alison Krompf has accepted the Quality Manager Position. She transitioned from the her previous post as Quality Review Specialist in the Children, Youth and Family Services division on September 19, where she resided for almost three years. Alison will be working closely with Chris Kelly, Database Administrator, as well as the Program Managers and Team Leaders in each division.  Some of her new responsibilities will include working in partnership with Vermont Care Partners on many different quality and outcomes projects, NCSS’ Clear Impact scorecard, agency Results Based Accountability initiatives, annual outcomes report, involvement with agency utilization reviews, EMR and the clinical workgroups, and her continued work with Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths assessment tool in CYF.

In essence, Alison will act as a voice for NCSS; she will inform the conversation at the state level regarding meaningful outcomes  both for clients and staff. NCSS is excited to be at the forefront of healthcare in the state and also thrilled to announce Alison’s new position.
