The Vermont Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the Vermont Department of Health (VDH) are gathering feedback about Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) from October 26–November 8.
NCSS is applying to keep providing mental health services and to become a Certified Community Based Integrated Health Center (CCBHC).
You can share your thoughts from October 26 to November 8. The departments want feedback from people who have used NCSS services, their families, NCSS employees, and others in the community. They are interested in:
1. What does NCSS do well?
2. Does NCSS cooperate well with other local organizations?
3. Do people get the mental health and substance use help they need?
4. Are services provided when people need them?
5. Has anyone felt treated unfairly by NCSS?
6. Do you have ideas for how NCSS can improve?
7. Would you recommend the agency to others?
8. Do you identify as a current or former client, a current or former staff member, or have another affiliation with the agency?
