UEMRVT Configuration Analyst

We are seeking a qualified, energetic individual to join our team as a Configuration Analyst. As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting users of the Unified Electronic Medical Record (UEMR) across four mental health agencies in Vermont. You will assist in configuration of the Unified Electronic Medical Record based on business requirements and stakeholder requirements as well as system analysis, design, and development. In addition, you will assist the team in testing patch releases and billing configuration. Our ideal candidate has considerable professional experience related to business processes, project management, and customer service. You must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for systems improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide users at the four mental health agencies, with support of the unified electronic medical record, including troubleshooting problems and advising on appropriate action
  • Perform routine update testing
  • Analyze and implement change requests
  • Collaborate with UEMRVT agencies to define goals and areas of potential improvement
  • Performs software configuration and implementation of the UEMR
  • Serve as a subject expert on the UEMR
  • Create custom reports and widgets using SQL and Crystal Reports for internal agencies as well as stakeholders to meet business requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of related education, training and experience
  • Skills in time management and communication
  • Experience with SQL and Crystal Reports
  • Medical billing experience is a plus
