Team Leader - Children's Outpatient and Assessment Team

NCSS is seeking a Team Leader to provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of Outpatient Therapists and Family Assessment Specialists. This position is responsible for budgetary maintenance as well as ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical programming and services. Candidates must possess a highly collaborative leadership approach both internally at NCSS as well as within the overall community. Successful candidates are highly motivated, have strong communication skills, have supervisory experience, organizational skills, and will hold high clinical and administrative expectations. A Master’s Degree and current license in a Human Services Field are a must, candidates with the ability to provide licensure supervision are preferred.
