1. Shared Living Provider for delightful, engaging elderly woman with intellectual and physical impairments needed in Franklin County area. Uses a walker so must have downstairs bedroom. Very social, enjoys conversation, dining out, and bingo. Would prefer to live with single person/couple without young children or highly active dogs.
2. Shared Living Provider for an older gentleman with intellectual impairment who enjoys art projects, photography, socializing. Has some personal care needs. Looking for person/couple in Franklin County area who is patient, flexible, willing to work as part of a team; would prefer to live without young children.

Shared Living Provider eligibility requirements: must be 21+ years of age; possess a high school diploma or GED; clear background screenings, have reliable transportation and be available to transport as needed; complete mandated home inspection and be willing to make necessary home modifications if needed.
