Shared Living Provider - Elder Care

We are looking for multiple caring and compassionate providers in Franklin and Grand Isle counties to care for elder adults (in provider homes) to support individuals with personal care, medical oversight, and companionship. Home Providers must be willing and able to assist with all aspects of personal care and mobility. We are looking for people who have a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor; provide transportation & follow ups with medical appointments as well as leisure/community supports. Home Providers must have accessible homes or a willingness to make their home accessible. You will collaborate as member of cohesive team who is passionate about encouraging an individual's independence as much as possible. Generous monthly tax-free stipend plus room and board payment.
