The Community Support and Rehabilitation Team (CRT) is seeking a caring and flexible individual who can be sensitive to the changing needs of the population served in this Therapeutic Community Residence. Residential Support Staff provide care to adults with severe mental illness in a way that respects each resident’s dignity and abilities while creating a safe and supportive environment for all individuals that reside in the home. This position is eligible for a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus to be paid out at a designated time. Mention the phrase “HIRE ME” in your cover letter to qualify. This is an open position that is critical to care working for an agency that is continuing to provide essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Current Shifts Available:

Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field is preferred, however, an Associate’s Degree with relevant experience will be considered.
