Residential Support Staff

Seeking a caring, motivated and team-oriented individual to work with individuals in a group home setting. Responsibilities include providing a supportive environment to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, assisting in problem solving issues, behavioral interventions and providing strengths-based education with the goal of recovery. Applicants must have good communication skills, be compassionate, be organized, and be a strong team player. Knowledge of mental illness is preferred. A valid driver’s license in good standing and the ability to transport clients in your vehicle is required. Computer skills are required. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field, preferred, however an Associate’s Degree with relevant experience will be considered. NCSS offers competitive wages. Our clinic is located close to Interstate 89 and is a 30 minute commute from Burlington.

Applicants must have good communication skills, be organized, be a strong team player, have a valid driver's license in good standing, be able to transport clients and be both genuine and compassionate. Minimum computer skills required.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field, preferred, however an Associates Degree with relevant experience will be considered. This is a full time position and requires a person who can work days, evenings, and overnights hours, but would consider applicants interested in working part-time and on a substitute basis as well.
