Residential Support Staff Substitutes

Do you have some free time to provide a supportive environment to individuals with mental illness?  We are in need of candidates to work a variety of shifts on a substitute-basis in our adult residential program.   

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate a safe, supportive and healthy living/respite environment for individuals while encouraging community integration.
  • Assist with problem solving, behavioral interventions, and strength-based education.
  • Be compassionate and energetic
  • Flexible schedules that can work varying shifts, including week days, awake over nights, and weekends.  
  • Some knowledge or experience in a residential program or working with individuals with mental illness population preferred but not required. 
  • Associate’s Degree; or equivalent combination of related education, training and experiences
