Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Master’s level therapist to join our Outpatient Team! The Rapid Access Clinician will have a a focus on providing intakes and short-term treatment for individuals needing more immediate care. This position is part of the Adult Outpatient Team that works closely with our Crisis Team and maintains a caseload. The ideal candidate will be able to complete comprehensive clinical intakes, be able to manage different levels of acuity, and provide initial case management to some clients. LICSW, LCMHS, Psychologists preferred; unlicensed applicants with experience will be considered. NCSS offers excellent benefits and is a short commute from Burlington and surrounding areas.
