Program Manager of Reception and EMR Support Teams

The NCSS Operations Team is looking for a Program Manager who will supervise and support our agencies Reception and Electronic Medical Records Support Teams. This person will work in collaboration with agency programs and leadership in supporting new initiatives, managing agency priorities, and evaluating trends, as well as working closely with the UEMR Project Coordinator and Quality Outcomes Manager. The successful candidate will demonstrate critical thinking and leadership with effective communication skills. Candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working with multiple teams as well as independently. A Master’s degree is preferred and having experience working with an EMR system is required. We will consider the right applicant with a Bachelor’s Degree.
