Parent Educator - Parents As Teachers

The Parent Child Center of NCSS is hiring for a Parent Educator for our Parents as Teachers service. This position is for an individual who is motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with families with young children. Once hired, you will receive training and resources to work directly with families in their homes to support the vision that all children will learn, grow, and develop to realize their full potential. You will also connect families with one another through fun group activities and events.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we are also interested in individuals with relevant experience, and we are willing to train the right candidate interested in trying something new. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, and offers flexibility with designing your own schedule. Reliable transportation is required – we provide mileage reimbursement between work and client locations!
