Outpatient & Integrated Health Program Manager

NCSS’ Outpatient and Integrated Health Program is seeking someone to lead an amazing team of professional Clinicians in our Behavioral Health Division. This role provides daily operational oversight and works closely with other Agency leadership to ensure high quality service outcomes that align with Agency goals and community needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master’s degree and VT State Clinical License
• A hunger for collaboration to enhance division operations, outcomes, and initiatives
• A proven track record of defining measurable objectives and innovative program development
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster growth and development through supervision of others.
• Experience with evidence-based clinical practices
