Intensive Community Support Specialist

The Intensive Community Support Team is seeking highly motivated and clinically minded candidates to join their team! Intensive Community Support Specialists provide community and family-based supports to children with acute mental health needs. Working as the lead care coordinator, you develop a plan of care and work with community partners (School, Department for Children and Families (DCF), Primary Care Providers, and more!) to provide high quality treatment. Candidates must be comfortable working with children of different ages and treatment needs one-on-one across a variety of environments. If you are self-motivated, organized, a team player, and seeking clinical experience - this position is for you!
