Intensive Adult Behavior Interventionist

NCSS is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and flexible candidate who is looking to make a difference in the lives of others by providing support to an adult male with an intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges in his home as well as the community.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, exhibit patience, and have the ability to calmly and empathetically validate individuals during challenging situations. Therapeutic support experience is preferred; however, we are willing and able to train someone who is ready to support adults with intense behavioral needs. Reliable transportation is required.
