Home Provider - 2 Weeks Per Month

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is seeking a caring and dedicated individual to share a split-home model for a male individual two weeks per month. This rewarding opportunity offers generous tax-free compensation, room and board, and a flexible schedule.

You’ll receive ongoing clinical and direct support from NCSS staff, with regular communication and collaboration built into the model. Prior experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, emotional or behavioral challenges, or physical needs is helpful but not required.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Cleared background screenings
• Willingness to complete required home inspection and any necessary home modifications
