Family Resource Navigator

The Parent Child Center (PCC) of Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking an energetic professional to join the Early Childhood Resource team! Early Childhood Resource team connects with the community to strengthen the prenatal, childcare, and early education system by forging partnerships with families, childcare providers, community-based organizations, and local libraries.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Supporting and implementing the Parent Child Center 8 core services
• Assisting families with young children navigate and access a broad range of services provided by NCSS and community-based organizations
• Responsible for management of multiple small grants, projects & community events
• Management of our social media platforms
• Works collaboratively with internal and community partners, including but not limited to, state and local agencies, childcare, and non-profits in support of PCC programming

Knowledge of parenting strategies and child development milestones is required.
