Seeking an individual to provide leadership and clinical supervision to a team of early childhood home visitors serving Franklin and Grand Isle counties. The Early Childhood Support Team Leader supervises the Early Childhood & Family Mental Health program and the Strong Families Vermont home visiting program. This position requires strong skills in child development, family support, and clinical assessment. An ideal candidate will be:
This position will include oversight and ensure model fidelity of the international evidence-based home visiting model Parents as Teachers. The Early Childhood Support Team Leader is a member of the Parent Child Center management team, and comes with opportunities to provide leadership throughout the community and at the state level. A Master’s degree is preferred; supervisory experience and licensure is preferred. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, and offers flexibility with designing your own schedule. Reliable transportation is required.
