Early Childhood Support Team Leader

Seeking an individual to provide leadership and clinical supervision to a team of early childhood home visitors serving Franklin and Grand Isle counties. The Early Childhood Support Team Leader supervises the Early Childhood & Family Mental Health program and the Strong Families Vermont home visiting program. This position requires strong skills in child development, family support, and clinical assessment.

This position will include oversight and ensure model fidelity of the international evidence-based home visiting model Parents as Teachers. The Early Childhood Support Team Leader is a member of the Parent Child Center management team, and comes with opportunities to provide leadership throughout the community and at the state level. A Master’s degree is preferred; supervisory experience and licensure is preferred.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, and offers flexibility with designing your own schedule. Reliable transportation is required.
