Emergency Support Residential Staff - Daytime Shift

The Community Support and Rehabilitation Team (CRT) is seeking a highly organized, self-starting, and energetic person to join our team as an Emergency Support Worker at our residential crisis bed, The Tomlinson Center. We work closely with adults who are experiencing acute forms emotional, mental health concerns, and provide a safe and supportive environment.  We work collaboratively with client’s treatment team, other agencies, and community resources to assist individuals with receiving comprehensive care.

 

Position Requires:

  • Team player who can work collaboratively with our emergency services team, CRT case management team and other residential programs.
  • Supporting adults experiencing an acute mental health crisis, with the goal of diverting hospitalizations.
  • Schedules are 3 days on 4 days off/4 days on 3 days off – weekend availability
  • Transportation of clients is required when needed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field, preferred, however an Associate’s Degree with relevant experience will be considered
