Community Support Specialist (BH)

The Community Rehabilitation & Treatment (CRT) Team is looking for a strong team player to provide case management services to adults with severe mental illness.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering services in a variety of community-based settings related to supportive counseling, symptom management, activities of daily living, social and interpersonal skills development, money management and advocacy.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented and organization are key skills!
• Case management with mental health experience is a plus; however we will train the right individual.

Requirements include:

• Positive attitude, team-oriented and organization are key skills!
• Reliable transportation with the ability to transport clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however an Associate’s Degree in the Human Services field and/or relevant experience will be considered.
