Children's Residential House Manager

The Children’s Residential House Manger is a part of the CYF Leadership Team and oversees a team of residential support staff who provide treatment and implement clinical programming within the Childrens Division's residential home. Programming provides support to one client living in the home.  

The Residential House Manger ensures quality and consistent clinical programming to residents living in the home. They provide direct supervision to residential support staff and are responsible for staff scheduling, clinical supervision, oversight of documentation and day to day house activities and operation. This position provides between 20-25 hours of direct support within the home weekly.
