Calling all Master's Level Social Workers!

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking candidates to join our dynamic and supportive Integrated Health Team. Social Workers get to be a part of exciting new initiatives integrating mental health care into primary health care settings. 

Duties include:

• Consultation with primary care providers
• Implementing screenings for mental health and substance-use disorders
• Connecting patients with appropriate services and resources
• Providing short term, solution-focused therapy

Candidates must be:

• Enthusiastic
• Energetic
• Flexible
• Self-motivated

Requirements include:

• The ability to deliver high-quality patient care
• Experience in mental health and medical social work settings is desired
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Master of Social Work (MSW)

Current opportunities within Pediatric settings, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) programming, and Family Practices located in the St. Albans and Enosburg Falls, VT areas.
