If so, Soar Learning Center, an alternative day treatment and Independent School is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Team Leader. A Graduate Degree in an Education or Human Services field is preferred though applicants with a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience will be considered. Experience and training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing supervision of staff and day-to-day team operations
  • Creating and implementing staff professional development opportunities
  • Providing comprehensive classroom and other on-site support & training for Behavioral Interventionists and other Soar staff as needed
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral planning and interventions, timely and accurate data collection, documentation, and other required reporting

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and be able to encourage and coach their staff. Must also be a flexible and resilient problem-solver who will be able to work collaboratively with the school leadership team, staff, students, community partners, and associated stakeholders. Applicants must possess proficient verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to apply sound critical thinking to a variety of situations.
