Adult Outpatient Team Leader

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is seeing an experienced Therapist to lead our Behavioral Health Outpatient Team serving adults in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. This position is part of the Division’s Leadership Team and collaborates with our other service divisions and partner agencies to meet community needs.

The Adult Outpatient Team Leader will:

• Provide solid and comprehensive clinical supervision.
• Become proficient in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Provide supportive counseling and solution-focused therapy to a small caseload of clients.
• Be a LICSW or LCMHC - State of Vermont Licensure is required.
