Acute Care Residential Service Coordinator

The Community Rehabilitation and Treatment Team (CRT) is seeking a highly organized, self-starting, and energetic individual to manage the daily operational functions for a 24/7 Acute Care Residential Program. The program is designed to meet the needs of adults in a staff secure home. Core functions include oversight of the day-to-day operations, assisting both staff and residents with problem solving issues that arise, behavior intervention, and providing strength-based education with the goal of recovery.

Collaborative work with other agency teams is essential. The ideal candidate will have superior organization skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-through. A positive, solution-based attitude is a must. As a 24-hour program, this position requires flexibility working a variety of shifts. Our ideal candidate would have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with clinical experience but we are willing to train the right candidate. If you are interested in becoming a member of this rewarding work environment that requires flexibility and teamwork, please send your resume, cover letter and references to hr@ncssinc.org or visit our website at www.ncssinc.org/careers.

Our program is located close to Interstate 89 and is a short commute from Burlington and surrounding areas.
