NCSS, a $40 million multi-division non-profit human services agency, is seeking an individual to lead our accounting team. This individual will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and reporting of the agency budget and financial statements. They will also be responsible for compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements and oversight of the annual audit. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Bachelors Degree in Accounting with related experience required. Experience with human services agency funding a plus. Healthcare Financial Management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in a wide variety of business software and the ability to interrelate their operations. Strong practical problem solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. Valid driver's license, auto insurance and auto registration. |
