Position	Behavior Interventionist - Berry Hill Respite House
Description	Looking for a compassionate, motivated and flexible individual to join the Therapeutic Community Integration team. This position is solely based at our Emergency Respite/Crisis home located in Richford, VT, otherwise known as Berry Hill. The Berry Hill program supports individuals with intellectual disabilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The needs of those served vary greatly, and we strive at being able to support any individual in developmental services no matter their level of care. The Berry Hill program promotes independence, personal goals and aids in sustaining homes for those we serve. No two days are alike at Berry Hill, and staff have creative freedom to ensure the individual within the home enjoys their stay.

Skills Required	Experience in working with those with intellectual disabilities preferred. Also, any relevant experience in working with those with medical and behavioral support needs are a plus.

Status Schedule	This position is flexible and schedule will vary from week to week. This position is scheduled in three shifts (8a-4p, 4p-12a, 12a-8a) and staff working in the program have the opportunity to work shifts that make sense for them and the team as a whole.
