The Administration Division serves as the foundation that helps NCSS deliver high-quality services. Team members in Executive Leadership, Operational Support, Human Resources, Finance, and Information Technology work collaboratively to ensure our programs, employees, and operations have the resources they need to succeed.
Whether recruiting and supporting talented staff, maintaining technology systems, managing financial resources, coordinating facilities, or strengthening organizational processes, administrative professionals play a vital role in advancing our mission and supporting the individuals, families, and communities we serve.

Departments
Our Executive Leadership team guides the overall direction of NCSS, ensuring that our mission, values, and strategic priorities remain at the forefront of everything we do. These leaders work closely with staff, community partners, and the Board of Directors to strengthen services, support employees, and meet the evolving needs of our communities.
The Operational Support team provides the essential services that allow our programs and staff to focus on delivering exceptional care. This area includes Facilities, Reception, Billing, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR), all of which play a critical role in creating efficient systems, welcoming environments, and seamless experiences for clients and employees alike.
Our Human Resources team helps attract, develop, and retain talented employees who are passionate about making a difference. From recruitment and onboarding to benefits, employee engagement, and professional development, HR supports team members throughout their career journey at NCSS.
The Finance team ensures the financial health and sustainability of NCSS. Through budgeting, accounting, reporting, and financial planning, these professionals help the organization responsibly manage resources and continue providing high-quality services throughout Northwestern Vermont.
The Information Technology team manages the systems, infrastructure, and tools that keep NCSS connected and secure. From user support and cybersecurity to network management and technology innovation, IT professionals help employees work efficiently while ensuring reliable access to the technology that powers our mission.
