Stacey joined Northwestern Counseling & Support Services in March 1998 and has been a vital part of the Human Resources team since the beginning of her career with the agency. She stepped into the role of Director of Human Resources in 2016, after nearly two decades performing every function of the department. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Johnson State College, and an Associate degree in Administrative Management from Community College of Vermont. She has also maintained her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification since 2004 and holds the Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential since 2015.
Passionate about being part of change and contributing to strategic decisions that benefit others, Stacey finds energy in the variety and challenges that each day in HR brings. She values opportunities to help people grow and succeed and is proud to support both the staff and the mission of NCSS.
Originally drawn to NCSS as a young parent seeking stability, Stacey has found not only a career home but also a place where she can make a meaningful difference.
Outside of work, Stacey is adventurous, always doing something that fills her cup! This includes spending time with what she considers her best achievement yet – She and her husband have three grown children and four grandchildren, who light up their lives.
