Kim joined Northwestern Counseling & Support Services in 2013 and currently serves as the agency’s Chief Operating Officer. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and brings both professional expertise and a deep passion for community-centered leadership to her role.
For many years, Kim aspired to be part of NCSS, drawn to the agency’s culture, opportunities for innovation, and sense of camaraderie. Today, she is grateful each day for the opportunity to support an organization that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of the people it serves and the broader community.
Her approach to leadership is grounded in collaboration, integrity, accountability, and support for professional growth—always with space for humor and humanity.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys reading, quilting, needlepoint, Pilates, and spending quality time with her family.
