Disability Rights Vermont, Inc. (DRVT) is Vermont’s designated Protection and Advocacy System and also serves as the State’s Mental Health Ombudsman. DRVT receives federal funding under the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) to ensure that people with disabilities have equal and meaningful access to the voting process.
