Elaine is in her eighth year of service on the NCSS Board of Directors. She retired from NCSS after fourteen years of leadership as the Team Leader for Early Intervention within the Children’s Division, where she guided teams in supporting the developmental needs of young children and their families.
Driven by a deep commitment to the mission of NCSS, Elaine chose to continue her involvement through board service, helping to advance the organization’s efforts to promote the health, well-being, and resilience of the community.
