Todd Bauman brings more than 35 years of experience in mental health services and leadership. He began his career as a Residential Counselor before moving into the role of Emergency Services Mobile Clinician. His dedication to strengthening systems of care led him to the Department of Mental Health, where he served as Operations Chief in the Child, Adolescent, and Family Unit.
In 2005, Todd joined Northwestern Counseling & Support Services as Director of Child, Adolescent, and Family Services. His depth of expertise and commitment to community paved the way for his appointment as Chief Executive Officer in 2017. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from St. Michael’s College.
Throughout his career, Todd has championed collaboration and partnership, firmly believing that communities thrive when individuals and organizations work together to create meaningful impact.
Todd lives with his wife, Nicole, an elementary school teacher. Together they are proud parents of two grown children.
